Any additional items included in orders that include this pre-order will be shipped at the same time as the plush.

SHIPPING POLICY

Readymade Utopia is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If by any circumstance a package is returned for being undeliverable, the customer can repay shipping fees to have the item shipped again. If you have an address change after placing an order please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve those changes.
Undeliverable/incomplete addresses will have their orders canceled if the customer is unable to give an alternative address.

RETURN POLICY

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you were sent the wrong item, please contact us so that the issue can be evaluated and resolved. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs while your order is in the hands of the postal service, nor any damages that occur after receiving the item.

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error made by the seller, you have the right to either get the correct item swapped out for the wrong one (USA only), or receive a full refund for the purchase.
